Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. £200 non-refundable deposit is required on booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure. A breakages bond of £200 will be applicable and returned on receipt of the keys and swipe cards.

Towels and linen included except beach and pool towels. Midweek cleaning available approx £20.

We have a west facing backgarden with table and chairs. More than 4 visitors will incur a small excess.
